Srihari Kumar Sethi is a dynamic professional with over 6 years of experience in the field of strategy, operations management, and product design. He is currently working as an International Immersion Program Manager at Centurion Consulting LLC, Dubai. Srihari has a strong academic background, having completed his Bachelor of Technology from Parala Maharaja Engineering College and his MBA in Operations Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Nagpur. He also completed his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, where he pursued a science stream. In his current role, Srihari has developed a product strategy for an e-commerce mobile application for gifting. He conducted market research to estimate growth rate, distribution channel, and closest competitor in the ecommerce industry with offering centered around gifts. He also analyzed cost and resource estimation for product development in the UAE market. Srihari created a business requirement document detailing the software requirements and worked with the international business development team to create the product design for the same. He has also developed a go-to-market strategy for the application. Prior to this, Srihari worked as a Strategy and Insights Consultant at Medicento, where he developed a supply chain model from scratch and integrated all the products into existing and new verticals. He also established a supplier’s base onboarding 350+ suppliers across the country to cater to all COVID-related products. Srihari suggested ways to implement SEO and SMO and maintain a review management system for the company. He analyzed Medicento's company website and suggested flaws that needed to be improved. Srihari also designed the company portfolio, commercials, proposals, and SOPs to facilitate the vendor onboarding process. Srihari has also worked as an Operations Management Intern at Voyzon Aerospace, where he contributed to the "NIROG INDIA" initiative, which aims to provide disinfection and sanitization services to the masses. The project offers an integrated one-stop solution to all sanitization problems and delivers large-scale sanitization services through helicopters and drones, thereby giving efficient and quality service with lower TAT. Srihari's tech stack includes mobile, product designer, and research scientist. He is a versatile professional with a keen eye for detail and an innate ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
